Refund policy

We want you to be confident buying cards online. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible items. To start a return, email support@bricksindemand.com with your order number — items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Singles (raw cards)

  • Returnable within 30 days in the exact condition they were sent — unaltered, unplayed, and in their original sleeve/holder.
  • Every single is condition-verified before it ships and re-verified on return. Cards that come back in a different condition than sent, or a different copy than sent, will be refused.

Sealed product

  • Returnable within 30 days only if factory-sealed with the seal fully intact.
  • Opened sealed product is final sale — once a pack, box, tin or bundle is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including the contents of the product. Contents are randomized by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed.

Supplies & accessories

  • Returnable within 30 days, unused and in original packaging.

Not returnable

  • Opened sealed product (see above).
  • Gift cards.
  • Cards purchased through our buylist (buylist transactions are governed by the buylist terms shown at submission).

Damages and issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, our priority is fixing it fast.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it). Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. If more than 15 business days have passed since an approved refund, email support@bricksindemand.com.

Exchanges

Fastest path: request a return for the item you have, and place a new order for what you want — that way the new item doesn't sell out while the return travels.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without justification, subject to the same condition requirements above (singles unaltered in original holders; sealed product unopened with seals intact).
