Shipping policy
Every order leaves our shop in rigid, protective packaging — singles are sleeved and shipped in semi-rigid holders or top loaders, and sealed product is boxed with padding. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (drops and release weeks may add a day).
Canada
- Standard (tracked): $12 flat rate.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200.
- Express: $20.
United States
- Standard (tracked): from $7.90, based on package weight (up to $29.90 for heavy sealed orders).
- Express: $34.90.
- Any applicable duties, taxes or customs fees on import are the buyer's responsibility.
International
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated live at checkout via Canada Post based on your address and package weight. Any applicable duties, taxes or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking & delivery
Every shipment includes tracking, sent to your email as soon as the label is created. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees — carriers can experience delays outside our control. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5+ business days, contact us at support@bricksindemand.com and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, depending on stock.
